We definitely have enough reasons to make that claim because the state of Jalisco brings together several of the cultural and historical traditions of Mexico. Without excluding or discriminating against other states of the Mexican republic that have much to offer, Jalisco has five Mexican emblems: mariachi, tequila, charrería (Mexican rodeo), typical regional food and folkloric dance (Jarabe Tapatío).
